UBI-DBA项目

UBI-DBA项目是一个兼具研究性和应用性的博士教育项目，通过对实际的商业和管理问题进行高层次高质量的研究，学员将加深对所研究领域核心问题的理解，掌握科学可靠的研究设计、数据收集与分析的技术与方法，学会撰写符合学术规范的研究成果论文，博士研究是一个培训和练习过程，可以通过做项目、写论文等手段来完成，要获得的是一种思维三种能力一种素质，博士生教育的核心价值是培养一种科研的评判性思维，即包括对企业产生问题的批判性思维、创新性思维、严密论证思维等。培养目标为三种能力：科学质疑能力、独立研究能力、成果发表能力。但是最终素质是学术声誉的建立：学术道德、学术素养和学术贡献。

UBI-DBA项目已汇聚了来自中国大陆、香港和台湾地区以及亚洲、欧洲和北美洲多个国家的学员，学员全部来自企业的最高管理层，用在职学习方式每月集中上课2天，学习期限五年，部分学员可以根据自己课题研究进度申请延长学习时间。入学后即开始两个阶段的课程学习，阶段以理论研究为主，要完成专题课程研究报告，第二阶段以论文研究为主，博导由UBI中国教育中心委派，教学语言可选择汉语和英语。学员将所完成的研究课题成果以论文形式提交给UBI-DBA学术委员会评审，论文达到规定学术标准的学员将安排参加UBI-DBA答辩，通过答辩的学员将获得UBI工商管理博士（DBA）学位证书，其博士论文将收入联合商学院论文资料库备存。

【学位评估标准】Degree Evaluation Criteria

比利时联合商学院的DBA课程最终以是否成功完成全部课程学习；以及是否成功完成博士论文答辩为基础进行评估。

对于每个学员的论文的评估包括一个口头的答辩；答辩现场将有一位相应论文论题领域的专家作为外来评估员进行考核。

UBI-DBA program evaluation is assessed by complete successful a full course of study, doctoral dissertation and thesis oral defense.

Each evaluation contains an oral defense. There is an expert relate to the topic of thesis present as the guest evaluator for assessment.

【学制】Duration

学制18～36个月。为了确保教学质量，我们始终坚持合理的课程安排。每个月利用两至三天学习，既降低了时间成本，又为在职管理者提供了一个工作、学习两不误的充电选择。

学位授予
学位论文可以用中文或英文撰写，论文选题应以解决企业实践中战略性、复杂性、创新性的问题为主，强调选题的应用价值。
在研究阶段学员和其导师紧密合作，导师会进行一对一专业辅导，并定期汇报其进展。
学员顺利完成全部课程，课题报告按时递交，且通过论文答辩，经UBI联合商学院学术专家委员评审认可，可获颁授UBI联合商学院的工商管理博士（DBA）学位证书。

学位申请方式

一、资格认定：
准备资料：
1．MBA/EMBA证书（复印件）
2．硕士学位、相关专业资格证书（复印件）
3．推荐信函三份（推荐人需为社会贤达人士如拥有博士学位或教授职称以上的人士或知名企业家、商学院院长等）
二、学位申请：
1．填妥学位申请表格，连同报名费&注册费合计3,900元(报名费900元不以任何理由退费)，一并缴付UBI-DBA中国教育中心。
2．缴交二寸照片六张（背后用圆珠笔写上中英文名）。
3．约谈面试Interview通过后，经审核获得读DBA博士学位研究和学习的资格。
4．提交读书计划/论文研究方向。

课程设置

课程模式：

1．固定课程：（在职学习，每月一次,每次2天，1年时间）
A．UBI-DBA中国教育中心委派教授、专家、名师；
B．完成教授布置的课程作业，一个月内提交，缺课者要补课和补交。
2．课题研究论文撰写：（2年时间，可申请延长2～3年）
A．企业问题专题研究，辅以企业专业规划,由专任博导指导.
B．完成开题答辩，预答辩、正式答辩，提交100页以上论文。

课程费用

Ø 2017年DBA项目学费558,900元；

Ø 包括36个月的课程学习、报名、三年学籍注册费、授课、讲义、翻译、论文答辩、证书费；

Ø 但不包括食宿与交通、签证、毕业典礼、海外考察交流学习费。

UBI-DBA课程体系
以适应学员在职学习的需要，更好地把课题研究与管理工作相结合，UBI-DBA采用课堂教学，个人研究和导师指导相互穿插的模式。DBA项目的学习重点非理论研究而是应用研究，学习方式主要是课堂教学结合独立研究加导师一对一辅导。学员在入学之前应当已经掌握了基本的专业管理知识理论。
学习过程可分为三个阶段（标准学制为三年，不超过五年）：

阶段：研究方法课程学习是建立基础， 该部分的学习采用课堂教学和文献阅读的形式；

第二阶段：独立研究与论文撰写是研究生涯
该部分的学习采用独立研究及论文撰写与博导的研讨；
DBA该部分的学习以个人研究为主，在导师的指导下最终完成符合学术标准的DBA论文。
DBA论文应当具有很高的应用性和创新性，在导师指导下通过学习和研究，应当达到相应的水平。
DBA学员应具有进行开创性探索的能力、验证和应用自己或他人思想的能力、以及理解自身的认识与更大范围的知识之间关系的能力。
DBA学员拥有以上能力表现为发现管理中的实际问题，并运用相关理论来解决学员工作环境中问题，或者表现为发现和解释管理理论与实践中的问题，以指导学员所在的企业未来的经营与发展战略。
课题研究一般按以下几个阶段进行：
入学后第14个月，提交《开题报告》[Research Proposal]
要求：阐述研究的内容与范围、选题的前提与依据、拟采用的研究方法及其可行性； 3000字以上；并准备用于口头汇报15分钟左右的PowerPoint文档。
入学后第16个月，提交《文献综述》[Literature Review]
要求：论述研究课题的理论框架，评价相关学术领域已有的研究成果及其局限性，阐述自己的观点； 1.5万字以上；并准备用于口头汇报15分钟左右的PowerPoint文档。
入学后第18个月，提交《实证研究报告》[Pilot Project Report]
要求：说明研究课题的理论框架，阐述所采用的研究方法和研究过程，论证自己的观点，汇报初步研究结果；1.5万字以上；并准备用于口头汇报15分钟的PowerPoint文档。
此外，学员还须直接向DBA项目主任汇报研究进展情况并提交《研究进程报告》[Report on Research Progress]，字数不限，一学年提交一次。

第三阶段：论文及答辩是研究的成果
学员根据所承担的研究递交论文，由导师审核准予参加答辩；
答辩委员会由五人以上的博士生导师组成（分别是学院的导师，UBI校总部委派的考官）；
论文最后的答辩通过由UBI学术专家委员会负责审定；
提前一~三个月与学生书面确认论文正式答辩的时间；
延期答辩的学生必须书面申请说明延期的原因，学籍从注册开始保留五年。
论文撰写是对实际商业中的问题进行高层次研究，撰写符合学术规范的研究型论文，达到规定学术水平。
三种思维：对问题的批判性思维、创新性思维、严密论证思维
三种能力：科学质疑能力、独立研究能力、成果发表能力
一种素质：建立学术声誉，即学术道德、学术素养和学术贡献

Dr. Yuen is a Training Specialist and Consultant of DAIZENTEQ QUALITY MANAGEMENT. He has over 25 years of experience in the industrial field. He has a rich experience, working in Malaysia Airline (MAS), conducting industry training and education in Japan and working in Swedish multinationals and Japanese electronic manufacturing. Dr. Yuen offers professional consultancy services for local enterprises and multinationals. He was also the resident consultant and the chief ISO 9001:2000 Quality Auditor for 20 colleges with ISO 9001:2000 certification. He is currently lecturing for many famous business schools, such as University of Wales (UK), Northumbria University (UK), University of Tasmania (Australia), Mandarin Version of the American Liberty University (US) in business administration.

必备条件：

1.经本校认可之国内外大学硕士或以上者。

2.五年以上高级领导管理职务经验者。

参考条件：

1．企业规模在千人以上的企业董事长、CEO、负责人。

2．中型以上之企业主、总经理。 职业经理人。

3．政府官员、商业相关专业人士。

学位申请方式

● 申请入学(提交资料)

1.填妥之报名申请表。

2.毕业及学位证书复印件。

3.各项课程学分、认证资料复印件。

4.二寸白底彩色照片六张（背后用圆珠笔写上中英文名）。

5.推荐信函三份：推荐人需为社会贤达人士，如拥有博士学位或教授职称以上的人士或知名企业家、商学院院长等。

6.报名费人民币500元（不予退回）。

【课程模式】

1．研修部分：（在职研修，18个月）。

A．专题研修，辅以企业专业规划,由专任博导指导。

B．论文全部用中文写作。博士论文研究5万字以上，或根据学员所属企业发展历程记述和著书100页以上(10万字以上)。须按发放的标准论文格式写作。

2．课程安排：(每月一次,每次2-3天, 周六、日)。

A．校方指定名校院长及博士导师亲自指导。

B．校方指定国内专业范畴大师级导师指导，国际课程约2～3个学科。

3．密集课程：校方指定国际级及国家级企管大师之学科课程。

入学通知：
1．确定申请：审核资格后，7～14个工作天之内，核发入学通知书（Acceptance Letter）；资格不符者申请文件资料将不予退回。
2．入学手续：收到入学通知书后递交学费598900元（一次性付清）。

3．学员资料：一个月内学籍卡、院长亲笔签字欢迎信、学费收据、学习承诺书（需签字留档）、课程表。
