　　2017年11月1日将由伦敦设计奖（LONDON DESIGN AWARDS）官方公布：赛瑞迪普空间设计作品--"北京金茂府平墅样板间"项目从世界各地—据大数据统计8000至10000件参赛作品中脱颖而出荣获“2017 LONDON DESIGN AWARDS（伦敦设计奖）伦敦设计第二名”。
　　赛瑞迪普空间设计项目荣获“2017伦敦设计奖”银奖
　　作为具有相当份量的国际奖项，能够有幸获得奖项已经牢固地确立了作为一个最负盛名的设计盛事在行业中的地位与规格。该奖项表彰和奖励在国际设计领域卓越、杰出的工作者和团队。赢得伦敦设计奖（LONDON DESIGN AWARDS）对设计者来讲是一个极高的成就与荣誉。
　　本届的伦敦设计奖定于2017年11月23日的英国伦敦颁奖，来自全球的设计精英们共同欢庆这一年一度的设计盛事。

　　北京金茂府就位于在城市扩张中不断被延伸的中轴线上。甲方从着手建筑之初，便对’往何处去’进行了剖析与思考，在他看来，城市的最终目的是给人提供更好的生活和更适宜的发展机会，背后是生活模式，而他要做的就是在这种繁忙的快节奏中，找寻到豪宅人居的‘质’。
　　This flat villa is rightly located at the continuously extended central axis during the process of urbanization.The customer,at the very beginning of designing the architecture,has made a further decomposition and cognition on how to develop effectively.In the customer’s opinion,the ultimate destination for urbanization aims at catering to our high expectation of ideal life and potential possibilities of expansion.Behind this,what should be raised is to create the quality for luxury residing in the fast and busy pace of urban development.
