项目组合管理（Project Portfolio Management）作为美国项目管理协会推出的针对项目决策管理与多项目管理的实践标准，是面向企业高层管理者和项目组合管理专业人士的标准，已经在全球的500强公司得到了广泛的应用。在国内，项目组合管理目前仅仅还是初步认知的水平，但随着推广的深入，将会得到了越来越多企业的认可，用来指导在复杂的企业经营环境中，如何通过项目组合管理来实现企业战略方向和商业价值*大化。

PMI项目管理标准与证书体系

项目管理者联盟是我国项目组合管理（Project Portfolio Management）培训及美国项目管理协会组合管理PfMP认证培训的、推动者和行动者。项目管理者联盟邀请全球项目组合管理专家授课，是目前国内开展项目组合管理PfMP认证培训的专业机构，目前国内首批PfMP高端认证全部由项目管者联盟培养。
