Michael毕业于波特兰州立大学，教育学硕士，本科为斯克兰顿大学电器工程专业。他在俄勒冈州获得教师资格证，教授5-12年级的IB和AP物理课程，IB TOK(theory of knowledge)，IB物理科学，IB设计技术，化学，应用生物，地球和空间科学。在美国本土有4年的教学经验，其中2年是在Roseburg公立学校，2年在Beaverton国际学校。在中国有6年的教学经历，分别是在江西师范大学附属中学和成都外国语学校。之后他在菲律宾的宿务国际学校作为理科教学主任并教授IB物理。

Michael T. Schneller graduated from Portland State University with degrees in M. Ed. He also holds the B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering at University of Scranton. He gained his teaching license from Oregon State which authorized for grades 5 – 12 IB/AP Physics, IB TOK, IB Physical Science, IB Design Technology, Chemistry, Applied Biology, Earth and Space Science. He has 4 years teaching experience in American- 2 years in Roseburg Public Schools and the other 2 years in the International School of Beaverton. He taught Physics for 6 years at schools in China- the Attached Middle School to Jiangxi Normal University and Chengdu Foreign Language School. Later, he worked as Head of Science Department and taught IB Physics HL/SL at International School of Cebu, Philippines.
